Congratulations Barack Obama on your Nobel Peace Prize!

It is the latest Mission Accomplished Moment in Presidential History!

Jimmy Carter

Al Gore

Barack Obama

What a list! The Nobel Peace Prize now seems reserved for the losers of American politics. (Yes, I know Obama’s time is still early…don’t send me a message.)

Actually I have a slightly different take on this sham of an award. Obama has brought us peace and unity. Not BEFORE winning the prize, but AFTER winning it.

Americans, and the world alike are now united in a common joke, a widespread laughter, a world wide knee slapper! I can’t wait to hear SNL’s take on this tomorrow night. Obama has inadverntly actually accomplished something! And we all know that laughter is the best medicine. So let’s all yuck it up!

Keep the laughs comming, Obama, UN and other assorted world elitist thugs and snobs. If leadership doesn’t turn out for you…which it seems the hook isn’t far from the stage, maybe you can find a new stage at the local Funny Bone Comedy Club.

Just some personal notes for everyone. Thanks by the way for all the positive input and remarks on the launch of the new site!

Celebrated my 31st birthday this week. Thanks for wishes and cards!

I recieved a nice raise at work last week. We’re also getting busier. But I promise to not let that keep me from my time here!

Basically been working out some bugs here and there. Coming soon – new toons, Hacks, video content and a few editorials.

Thanks!

O-bama’s…O-prah…O-lympics…Oh S#*%!

So you’ve all heard the big news today that the OIC has selected Rio de Jeniro as the site of the 2016 summer games. No doubt this is kick in the shins to President Obama.

Look, I feel bad for the city of Chicago. I would have tried to attend had the city been awarded the games. Chicago is a great city to visit. I think all Americans would be proud to be hosting the games no matter what city in the country would be hosting. But recent history does show that the games are an economic mess to the cities that host them. So maybe this is a blessing in disguise for the city of Chicago. After all the city was divided on whether or not to host the games. That probably played the biggest role in Chicago being the first city cut by the OIC.

For Obama it is a political blunder. A punch at his monster ego. With all the important issues facing the country he took time and spent tax payer dollars to go to Copenhage to lobby for his home city, only to come up shorthanded. Perhaps he needs to get a grasp on the duties of the job. Hopefully this will serve as a nice reality check for him.

All that said I believe Obama can save some face in all this by tieing in the faliure to get the games into a positive for his health care push. I suspect TOTUS (Teleprompter Of The United States) will tell us today that, “Ummmm, uhhh this was the plan all along. Uhhh, by not hosting the games the city of Chicago and the entire country will, ummm, save, uhhh money. That uhhh money can now be ummm put forth to giving health care coverage to all. Ummm, that I believe, I think…uh, is inline with the true spirit of the Olympic games. We uhhh, wish all the best to umm Rio, and the citizens of Argentina, the South American continent, and ummm, uhh the, uhh all the athletes and fans that will participate in the uhhh games in 2016.”

Another mission accomplished for President Barack Obama.
